- you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
- you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
- you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; or
- you attempt to bulk or multi-order purchase
- order(s) not being capable of fulfilled due to product(s) not being available.
We will not cancel or change orders already in process at the supplier, en route, or delivered. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by us before 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team (domestic). We will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours before the delivery date.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein the Terms and Conditions, any Discount Voucher issued to you by eZkrt can be used only once and will expire thereafter, even if the order/delivery is unsuccessful.
Cancellations by the CustomerIf cancellation notice from your side is duly received by us and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.
Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped are subject to a AED 40 cancellation fee or applicable fee to be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing. We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
